Meet Karen Rice
After more than 20 years of yoga practice, I followed my heart graduating as a Yoga Alliance certified 200hr RYT yoga instructor. I had dabbled with yoga in my late teens and thought it not for me. A friend encouraged me to give it a go once again. To my surprise, I not only found my peace, I was drawn to practice as much as I could as I had never felt so empowered. My intention is to share this joy by leading welcoming, warm, and challenging classes (level appropriate) which bring well-being along with self-care to fellow yoga practitioners. All classes incorporate a blend of Vinyasa, Power, Flow, Ashtanga, breath work and meditation with a background of interesting and inspiring music.
Ultimately, my passion has evolved as I am now a credentialed Mind-Body Coach, Nutritionist, and Yoga Instructor empowering people to live a whole healthy life with greater joy and wellness!
